  1. In order to check the cache status; access the browser developer tools

  2. Select 3 dots from the top right corner,

  3. Navigate to “more tools”, then “developer tools”.

4. If the cache status is anything other than (HIT, MISS or BYPASS), then the user should clear their local cache.

5. Copy this link to the user's browser to clear the local cache. chrome://net-internals/#dns
